We’re looking for an experienced Network & Security Support Engineer to join our Network Support Team. This role requires at least 4–5 years’ experience supporting complex customer environments with technologies such as SD-WAN, Firewalls, Routing (OSPF/BGP), and ISP management.nYou’ll be part of a high-performing team, providing advanced triage, incident response, and change implementation, while acting as an escalation point for junior engineers.nThe role is hybrid, with time split between home working, our Richmond and occasional presence at our London HQ office.nYour part to play
Provide advanced support for network and security incidents & service requestsnLead implementation of change requests and project tasksnAct as an escalation point for Level-1/2 engineers, providing guidance and mentorshipnTroubleshoot complex networking/security issues across customer environmentsnManage ISP circuits and liaise with providers as needednMaintain high-quality documentation and ensure knowledge sharing within the teamnParticipate in the out-of-hours on-call rota and flexible shift coveragenRequired Expertise
