Key duties include configuring and managing firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems (IDPS), VPNs, and other security appliances. You will also monitor network traffic for suspicious activity, conduct vulnerability assessments, and perform regular security audits.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of network protocols, security best practices, and industry-standard security technologies. Proven experience in incident response, threat analysis, and developing security policies and procedures is essential. Certifications such as CISSP, CCNA Security, or equivalent are highly desirable. You will collaborate closely with IT teams to troubleshoot security issues, implement security patches, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. A proactive approach to identifying and mitigating potential security risks is crucial. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with strong communication abilities, will enable you to effectively convey technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a reputable organisation and contribute to its cybersecurity posture. The role offers a competitive salary, comprehensive benefits, and the chance to work with a dedicated team. You will be instrumental in protecting sensitive information and maintaining the operational continuity of the business. This hybrid role offers a balance between in-office collaboration and remote flexibility, fostering a productive work environment.
