We are delighted to be working with a well respected Cambridge based professional services organisation. They are recruiting for a Network Support Engineer to join their team on a full time, permanent basis.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing IT support to internal staff in conjunction with other members of the team 
  • Installing and configuring network equipment 
  • Maintaining network hardware infrastructure
  • Designing and planning upgrades 
  • Managing and maintaining windows desktops and mobile devices
  • Escalating issues, where needed
  • Ad-hoc IT projects

The successful candidate will have:

  • Experience in a similar role
  • Experience supporting a windows desktop environment
  • Knowledge of HP operating systems
