We are delighted to be working with a well respected Cambridge based professional services organisation. They are recruiting for a Network Support Engineer to join their team on a full time, permanent basis.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Providing IT support to internal staff in conjunction with other members of the team
- Installing and configuring network equipment
- Maintaining network hardware infrastructure
- Designing and planning upgrades
- Managing and maintaining windows desktops and mobile devices
- Escalating issues, where needed
- Ad-hoc IT projects
The successful candidate will have:
- Experience in a similar role
- Experience supporting a windows desktop environment
- Knowledge of HP operating systems
- A strong understanding of networking concepts
- CCNA (desirable)
- Excellent interpersonal skills
