We are looking for a Network Solutions Lead to join our New Business Team, supporting secure, technically complex change initiatives within an existing customer environment. This is a pre-sales aligned role, acting as a key technical point of contact to shape customer requirements into secure, deliverable network solutions.
You will act as the technical lead during the early stages of change—supporting the customer journey from initial idea through to internal governance approval. This includes shaping and challenging solution requirements, conducting impact assessments, and creating the necessary design collateral to move solutions forward.
Key Responsibilities:
• Engage with customers to understand and define technical change requirements within existing contracts.
• Develop initial solution designs and assess technical and business impact.
• Produce high-quality design documentation to support internal governance and decision-making.
• Collaborate with peers and senior technical experts to validate and refine solutions.
• Provide secure, practical alternatives where initial customer requests may not be feasible.
Skills & Experience:
• Strong knowledge of secure network technologies (Cisco, Juniper, Palo Alto, or equivalents).
• Experience in early-phase solution design and impact assessment.
• Understanding of the full project lifecycle and change management within secure environments.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex requirements into workable designs.
• Capable of working independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.

We are looking for a Network Support Engineer to join our Operational Support Team, currently managing and maintaining wired & wireless private mobile networks. This role is responsible for providing technical support, managing ITSM Incident resolutions, hardware configurations, and technical administration databases to ensure the smooth operation of our network infrastructure with a focus on SLA achievement and network availability targets.

- Working with the wider support teams and remote field engineers in fault finding and resolution of issues across our deployed networks.
- Configuration of equipment including wireless controllers, switches and routers.
- Ensuring all faults are tracked, documented and resolved according to our customer SLAs, operational and business targets.
- Ensure documentation in the form of site records, processes and procedures are maintained in our Business Systems and CMDB.
- Remote Support and management of onsite field engineers.
- Onsite investigation and replacement of core network equipment and testing will be a requirement.
- Reacting to alerts from Network Monitoring Systems and pro-active management of the offshore service management team for escalations and 3rd line incident management.

- Strong understanding of configuration management principles.
