As the Lead Network Architect, you will be responsible for defining the strategic direction of our network technologies, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security. You will work at the forefront of telecommunications innovation, shaping the future of connectivity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and architect scalable, high-performance, and resilient network solutions across various technologies (e.g., IP/MPLS, Ethernet, 5G, SD-WAN).
- Develop and maintain network roadmaps, standards, and best practices.

- 10+ years of progressive experience in network engineering and architecture.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing large-scale, complex IP networks.
- In-depth knowledge of routing protocols (BGP, OSPF), switching technologies, and network security principles.
- Experience with SDN, NFV, and cloud networking concepts is highly desirable.
- Expertise in wireless technologies, including 4G/LTE and 5G core and RAN architecture.
- Strong understanding of network performance monitoring and troubleshooting tools.
- Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Relevant industry certifications (e.g., CCIE, JNCIE) are a plus.

We are looking for a Network Support Engineer to join our Operational Support Team, currently managing and maintaining wired & wireless private mobile networks. This role is responsible for providing technical support, managing ITSM Incident resolutions, hardware configurations, and technical administration databases to ensure the smooth operation of our network infrastructure with a focus on SLA achievement and network availability targets.

- Ensure documentation in the form of site records, processes and procedures are maintained in our Business Systems and CMDB.

- Reacting to alerts from Network Monitoring Systems and pro-active management of the offshore service management team for escalations and 3rd line incident management.

- Strong understanding of configuration management principles.
- Experience within 4G and 5G and wireless mobile networks
- Experience in technical database administration and related tasks.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users to communicate technical information clearly and effectively.
- Self-driven with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively part of a team.
