A leading Main Contractor delivering high-value industrial, logistics, and manufacturing projects across the UK is seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to join their delivery team based in Hull . The company is well-established within the technical construction market and regularly undertakes large-scale design and build schemes ranging between 0m - 00m in value.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a technically strong, delivery-focused Mechanical Project Manager to take ownership of major MEP packages on complex, fast-paced construction projects.
Role Overview:
You will be responsible for managing the mechanical scope from design through to commissioning, ensuring all works are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Working closely with design consultants, subcontractors, and the wider project team, you’ll ensure mechanical systems are fully integrated and aligned with project requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the mechanical element of large-scale construction projects from pre-construction through to completion
- Coordinate design, procurement, installation, and commissioning of all mechanical systems (HVAC, plumbing, drainage, etc.)
- Oversee subcontractor management, ensuring quality and programme compliance
- Review and monitor project progress, identifying risks and mitigation strategies
- Work closely with project and commercial teams to manage budgets, variations, and cost control
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental standards
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders to maintain strong working relationships
- Support project handover, testing, and commissioning documentation
Experience & Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Mechanical Project Manager or Senior Mechanical Engineer within a Main Contractor or M&E Contractor
- Strong background delivering large-scale industrial, commercial, or manufacturing projects
- Excellent technical knowledge of mechanical building services systems
- Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and interfaces on complex schemes
- Strong communication, organisation, and leadership skills
- Relevant mechanical engineering qualifications (HNC/HND/Degree)

We’re looking for a PHP Web Developer to join a close-knit team and take the lead on back end development. You’ll be working on both ongoing improvements and new web projects, including redesigns and building new features.
What you’ll be doing:
- Lead back end development using PHP (Symfony or Laravel).
