Cyber Operations purpose is to support safe care and build public trust by building NHS England’s cyber resilience and enabling the wider health system to be cyber resilient, supporting NHS England’s purpose of delivering the best care and outcomes for the NHS.nThe Cyber Operations sub-directorate consists of 4 operational areas: Cyber Security Operations Unit (CSOU); Cyber Delivery Unit (CDU); Cyber Improvement Programme (CIP); Chief Information Security Office Function (CISO). This role is in the Cyber Security Operations Centre (CSOC) which is part of the CSOU and provides centralised security monitoring across both NHS England and the wider health and care system in England. The CSOC consists of Protective Monitoring, Threat Operations, Incident Management, Service Operations and Engineering.nTo support our strategy to improve NHS cyber resilience, we are recruiting for a Senior Security Analyst who specialises in Service Delivery Management as part of the CSOC Service Operations team.nThe post of Senior Security Analyst for Service Delivery has been awarded a Recruitment and Retention Premia (RRP) in response to current labour market conditions. In recognition of this, the role attracts an additional monthly RRP payment equal to 20% per annum. Please be aware that RRP is non contractual and subject to review.nAs a Senior Security Analyst for Service Delivery, you will manage the relationships with all CSOC customers, ensuring that the CSOC capability and service levels are aligned to their needs and expectations.nResponsibilities
Primary CSOC customer engagement for all monitored systems.nProduce regular service reports for customers, chair regular service reviews with customers, ensure suitable service delivery metrics are provided and manage arising actions.nOwn the governance process to assess customer services’ readiness for live CSOC monitoring, ensuring that quality criteria are met and follow-up actions are implemented.nSupervise heightened oversight activities during the initial period of services’ live monitoring.nEnsure that CSOC service incidents (internal and customer facing) are appropriately identified, reported, prioritised, investigated and managed through to resolution.nProduce regular internal service performance reports for CSOC senior stakeholders.nMaintain strong working relationships with CSOC’s customers and stakeholders at all levels.nDevelop and document business policies, processes and procedures to govern, manage and guide CSOC Service Operations.nContinuous service improvement, including procedural documentation and KPI reporting.nContext and Requirements

+ Responsible for the delivery of Public Health and Fire Suppression systems designs at all RIBA Stages on projects
+ Supervising the completion of detailed designs and supervise the work of others in this function.
+ Considering the feasibility of the project specific to the discipline and lead the overall feasibility study for the project.
+ Taking responsibility for and direct others in the production of detailed and performance specification for the discipline subject to review by colleagues prior to issue.
+ Taking responsibility for and direct others in the production of detailed equipment schedules for issue with the discipline specific designs.
+ Regularly briefing the project team, explaining the appointment. Ensure contracts / letters of intent are in place for all projects before work begins. Make sure all team members have access to the agreed appointment documents.
+ Reviewing the detailed design programme and ensure that sufficient resource is available to complete the works.
+ Leading the completion and regular amendment to the project 'Cost to Complete' (CTC). Monitor the work of the project engineers and compare weekly against the previously agreed CTC. Flag up any potential 'profit' or 'loss' to your DTL when compared to the agreed fee.

The candidate shall have technical knowledge the following aspects of PH design -
+ Building Water Services Design which includes domestic hot and cold water, greywater recycling and rainwater harvesting.
+ Building Sanitary Drainage Design.
+ Building Surface Water Drainage Design.
+ Building Fire Suppression Systems Design.
+ Building Gas Services Design.
+ Building Medical gas systems design.
+ Must be able to obtain UK vetting level of Security Check (SC)
