The Opportunity
This position will suit a commercially minded and strategically experienced individual with deep expertise in FX, financial risk, treasury, and compliance . The successful candidate will work closely with the CFO and Chief Risk Officer to provide challenge, guidance, and oversight across risk, finance, and commercial operations.
The role will involve chairing the Audit and Risk Committee , offering strategic input on governance, financial crime, and regulatory compliance matters, while also contributing to wider board discussions on growth and business planning.
Key Responsibilities
- Chair the Audit and Risk Committee, overseeing audit processes, internal controls, and enterprise risk management.
- Provide expert advice to the CFO and Chief Risk Officer across financial risk, treasury, and capital planning.
- Support the executive team in shaping commercial strategy, pricing, and international expansion through both organic and acquisitive growth.
- Offer governance and compliance oversight, with a focus on financial crime, AML, and legal frameworks.

What We Are Looking For

The Position

We are dedicated to using the power of communications to influence behaviour and drive positive change. This role is pivotal in shaping the agency’s creative direction, ensuring our work pushes boundaries, delivers culturally relevant campaigns and measurable impact for our clients. Key Responsibilities
- Lead the creative vision across all client accounts and Group initiatives to help tell their stories, manage reputations, create impact and shape culture
- Champion innovation, new technologies and tools to ensure creative excellence and craft in idea generation and pitching
- Collaborate, Inspire, mentor, and manage a team of creatives to develop their craft as well as upskill and drive creative confidence across the agency

Qualifications & Experience
- 15+ years of experience in a senior creative leadership role within a top-tier agency or brand. We are open to exploring appropriate experience based on demonstrable and relevant output
- Experience in creating marketing campaigns and creating integrated content across all marketing channels: digital, social media, paid media, mobile, offline and print.
- Understanding of the earned media landscape and what is required to create and drive earned buzz
- Ability to deliver for a broad range of commercial and third sector clients including consumer, government, corporate, health, finance, culture, arts

The Opportunity
