You will be responsible for developing and implementing best practice guidelines, undertaking complex care assessments, and managing challenging cases. You will also play a vital role in quality assurance, service development, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, including CQC standards.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing expert clinical leadership and support to care teams across multiple sites.
- Conducting comprehensive assessments of resident needs, including complex health conditions and palliative care.
- Developing, implementing, and evaluating individualised care plans.
- Leading on medication management reviews and infection control protocols.
- Providing clinical supervision and mentorship to nurses, care assistants, and other support staff.
