Key Responsibilities

Service Provision

·    Ensure that a robust energy efficiency programme/ management system is delivered in line with ISO 50001 Energy Management Systems Standard throughout the duration of the contract

·    Ensure Compliance with all relevant UK and European legislation. Key schemes include:

·    UK Emissions Trading Scheme- Queen’s Island

·    Climate Change Agreements- Queen’s Island and BAS

·    Streamlined Energy and Carbon Reporting- all sites; and

·    Operation, maintenance and development of the M&T and BMS systems, eSight and Trend.
