Service Provision
· Ensure that a robust energy efficiency programme/ management system is delivered in line with ISO 50001 Energy Management Systems Standard throughout the duration of the contract
· Ensure Compliance with all relevant UK and European legislation. Key schemes include:
· UK Emissions Trading Scheme- Queen’s Island
· Climate Change Agreements- Queen’s Island and BAS
· Streamlined Energy and Carbon Reporting- all sites; and
· Energy Savings Opportunity Scheme- all sites
· Delivery of energy awareness workshops to all Spirit departments as required
· Attendance at Environmental Working Groups where energy performance is reviewed with the on-site departments and preparation of supporting information slides/ materials.
· Provision of various energy and water reports, such as:
· Monthly report detailing all aspects of energy management and compliance to include year to date consumption/ carbon and spend versus budget, identification and progress on energy efficiency projects and compliance
