Manage, prioritise, and organise workload effectively during high patient flow.
Work collaboratively with GPs, nurses, and allied health professionals to ensure safe, high-quality care.

Escalate appropriately for complex or high-risk cases.
Requirements
Registered Nurse / Paramedic / Pharmacist / Allied Health Professional with
MSc Advanced Clinical Practice
(or equivalent).
Current
NMC/HCPC/GPhC registration .
Independent Prescribing Qualification (V300).
Proven experience working in
urgent care, A&E, or primary care .
Ability to work autonomously and make safe, evidence-based decisions.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
