The Role

As a Registered Nurse for our client you will maintain a high standard of nursing care within the home, ensure that the environment provides an atmosphere which supports the positive development of the residents. To supervise and support care staff, ensuring effective professional leadership.

You will provide supervision and support to the care team, maintain a safe environment for patients and staff and work effectively with other professional colleagues ensuring a consistent pattern of care for everyone whilst directly reporting to the Home Manager.

Our client believes that all of their staff should be doing exactly what they are employed to do and that is why their auxiliary staff have such an important and integral part to play in the smooth running of the home.
