Registered Nursing Associate with NMC (or working toward required qualifications, including the foundation degree).
Holds GCSEs (A–C) in English and Maths or equivalent Level 2 qualifications.
Experienced in healthcare settings, working collaboratively under supervision.
Confident managing varying workloads and responding to patient needs sensitively.
Understands the limits of own role and actively engages in ongoing professional development.

**Essential Responsibilities**
+ Site based service activity comprising of preventative and corrective maintenance activities on medical devices as per manufacturers guidelines;
+ Maintain and build customer relationships taking ownership of customer escalations at customer sites and maintaining necessary communication within desired timeframes;

- A competent background as a field service engineer or technical support engineer with extensive experience working on high value capital equipment and a qualification in electronics
- You may have experience of working on diagnostic systems, medical devices, laboratory systems, scientific equipment, pharmaceutical, semiconductor, pre-press, printing or high value electronic / electro-mechanical capital equipment
- Full product training will be provided, so whatever your background in field service and customer support, your application will be considered
