A mental health hospital specialises in the management and treatment of mental health problems. The hospital has residential facilities for patients, as well as offering outpatients' services
**To be considered for this role you must hold a current active NMC Pin**
As a Nurse your key duties include:
- Deliver high quality, service users focussed care
- Participate in the development of new services and care pathways
- Support the local implementation of the Group Nursing Strategy
- Engage in continuous quality improvement within your service
The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:
- Relevant clinical experience
- Demonstrates a positive attitude and commitment to change, improvement and quality
- Ability to develop and use flexible and innovative approaches to practise
- Excellent verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills
- Able to show a can-do attitude always

We are actively recruiting for a Nurse Manager for Sussex.
Are you a Registered Nurse with some experience of working out in the community along with experience of working clinically with complex care clients?
You will be managing a caseload of complex care clients (paediatric and adult) in the Sussex area, building relationships with the clients and their families, overseeing care plans, supporting the induction of new staff into the clients, and ultimately ensuring the quality of care is delivered.
RequirementsAbout you • You will be an Adult or Paediatric trained Registered Nurse and hold a valid NMC PIN with a minimum of three years’ post-registration experience.• Experience of providing community-based care ideally complex care, such as spinal or brain injuries, PEG, tracheostomy care, ventilators.• Able to participate in provision of the telephone based out of hours service on a rotational basis.• You will have the right to work in the UK and hold a clean UK driving licence.BenefitsWhat’s on offer for the Nurse Manager? • Our client will offer you a salary of £45,000 plus a company car once employed for 3 months.
