Your typical day to day will include:   

  • Management of complex care packages, both clinically and holistically
  • Developing, reviewing and implementing care plans and risk assessments
  • Manage the clinical training need of the care team, maintaining an appropriate skill mix to ensure safe and effective clinical practice
  • Engaging in networking, attending MDT meetings and work with clinical commissioning groups
  • New and ongoing competency assessments with the care staff team
