ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Bank Registered Nurse at a Barchester care home, you'll look after the physical, psychological and social needs of our residents to help us deliver the quality care they deserve.

We'll look to you to create a safe and supportive environment for residents with range of physical and mental needs, whilst also relying on your professional judgement to make critical clinical decisions. ABOUT YOU
You'll need to have current NMC registration and a good knowledge of the most up-to-date clinical practices to join us as a Registered Nurse (RGN). Experience of producing well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments is important too, as is an understanding of regulatory frameworks, including DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines. Work with the activities and life enrichment teams to ensure engaging activities are delivered
Support the revalidation process for qualified nurses, in line with the NMC code
Provide professional input into strategic planning and projects to develop and enhance the work of Barchester Healthcare
Develop close working relationships with management and support services to ensure priorities are identified and addressed
Support senior clinical staff with investigations or complaints relating to the dementia care community

This is a superb opportunity for a passionate and experienced Respiratory Practice Nurse, to join a very well respected and close-knit GP Surgery. The practice is ideally looking for full time but part time would be considered.

The practice is looking for an experienced Respiratory Practice Nurse with a strong background in Primary Care. There will be an expectation to also consider Treatment Room duties but you will be the point of contact for respiratory appointments and enquiries. They are looking for someone with proven experience and qualifications in Asthma, COPD and Spirometry.
