Leading UK law firm is looking to hire additional lawyers to join their Tier 1 Ranked Oil & Gas/ Infrastructure team. On offer is a competitive salary and benefits package and the role can be based in London, Edinburgh or Aberdeen.
Role Profile:
The Oil & Gas/ Energy & Infrastructure group current advises on some of the largest and most complex energy projects in the UK and Overseas. In this role you will work on a diverse range of energy matters including:
- Oil & Gas
- Renewables
- Power
- Infrastructure (water, transport and regeneration)
- Operations
- Service Sectors
Additionally, you will:
- Advise operators on all aspects of upstream operational contracts, including JOAs, transportation arrangements and decommissioning security agreements.
- Advise operators on field development agreements.
- Advise on diligence aspects of M&A transactions, SPAs and M&A transactions.
- Advise service sector clients (and operators) on contractual issues in relation to all types of specialist service sector contracts, including drilling, seismic, offshore construction, EPCs.
- Assisting the Oil & Gas team in keeping up to date with legal and industry developments.
Candidate Requirements:
- Fully qualified UK lawyer with a background in Oil & Gas/ Energy/ Infrastructure law.
- Team player who works efficiently and deliver to deadlines.

In this remote role you will focus on following up on leads, finding new opportunities and increasing order intake for both Internal and External customers. You will take ownership from enquiry to order receipt and support the bid process ensuring customer satisfaction at every stage of the process.

+ Selling GE Vernova services, maintenance and equipment upgrades to our customers globally.
