About the role
As a Demand Planner, you’ll play a key role in making sure the right products are made at the right time to meet customer needs. You’ll use data and insights to build accurate sales forecasts that support production, purchasing, brand performance and business decision-making. You’ll work closely with Sales, Supply Chain and Finance teams, as well as external customer contacts, to manage promotions, new product set-ups and inventory estimates. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Demand Forecasting
- Develop, maintain, and improve rolling demand forecasts for all product categories using historical data, sales trends, and market intelligence.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Merchandising teams to capture upcoming promotions, product launches, and market shifts.
- Build channel-specific forecasts (e-commerce, DTC retail, and wholesale) to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Inventory & Supply Planning

Data Analysis & Reporting
- Provide weekly and monthly reporting on forecast accuracy, stock coverage, sell-through rates, and slow-moving items.
- Analyse variance between forecast and actual sales to continuously refine planning models.
- Present key insights and recommendations to senior managers.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
