Reporting into a Contracts Manager you will have full responsibility for the day to day running of the site, managing the construction process safely, efficiently and in a cost-effective manner.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Delivery: Manage on-site operations to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

A valid SMSTS certificate, First Aid certificate and CSCS Managers Card are all essential requirements.

• Monitoring overall progress against programmes.
• Liaison with clients and the management team in striving to achieve good standards of quality

Must be confident in overseeing day-to-day site operations to ensure continuity and safety whilst on site. Timber frame experience would be advantageous.
