Motia is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Remote Senior Sales Executive to join our high-performing sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by acquiring new customers and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. You will utilise advanced sales techniques and our portfolio of Fuel Cards (Shell, BP, Esso, Texaco, Allstar, and more) and fleet products to effectively guide prospects throughout the sales process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of our product offerings and industry landscape.
  • Plan and prioritize sales activities to optimize outreach and customer engagement.
  • Conduct targeted business-to-business cold calls to identify and nurture leads.
  • Manage customer accounts to maximize fuel volumes and meet their needs.
  • Drive new business opportunities and successfully close deals via phone interactions.
  • Provide exceptional service to enhance customer satisfaction and promote business growth.
  • Respond to inquiries promptly and follow up using appropriate methods.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets, particularly through phone-based sales and key account management. You should possess strong communication skills and effective sales strategies that contribute to long-term client relationships.

Qualifications:

  • Previous telesales experience is required.
  • Previous industry experience is required (Fuel Card Sales)
  • Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of new business development strategies.
  • Proven ability to close new business opportunities over the phone.
  • Experience with CRM software and sales pipeline management.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to perform.

In this exciting new career opportunity, you’ll be reporting to the Head of Global Strategic Account Programme on full-time hours and working from home remotely.

As a Junior Business Development Representative, you’ll have a direct impact on supporting our commercial expansion in the local market. Positioned at the early stage of the sales funnel, this role focuses primarily on lead generation and outreach, laying the groundwork for client engagement and supporting the broader Sales and BDR teams. You will:

• Generate and qualify leads through proactive outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn) and follow-up on inbound and marketing-generated inquiries to support a strong sales pipeline

• Conduct discovery calls with prospects to identify needs, align solutions, and book qualified meetings for the Sales team, ensuring proper handoff and documentation

• Engage and nurture prospects with relevant, tailored messaging and content to build trust and long-term relationships

• Collaborate with Sales leadership to define target accounts, ideal customer profiles, and prospecting strategies withing prioritized industries

• Maintain accurate records of lead activity and opportunity status in CRM (Microsoft Dynamics) to support reporting and pipeline visibility

• Develop commercial skills and gradually take ownership of a small pipeline, progressing toward a full-cycle Business Development role based on performance
