CRC are currently seeking a motivated and reliable Factory Worker to join our client based in Daventry. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a company who believes in progression within the business.
The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the production process, ensuring that the operation run smoothly and efficiently. You will require strong work ethic, attention to details, and the ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Working hours: Monday to Thursday 07:00-15:30 and on a Friday 07:00-13:00.
You must hold a full Uk driving licence and be confident in driving an electric van as you will be asked to deliver customer orders on a Tuesday and Thursday.

We are looking for two candidates on a temp to perm basis to work as Trainee Machine Operators. To be considered, you must have the following credentials:
Required:

Preferred:

Starting salary £5.00 per hour with initial quarterly pay reviews according to performance. It is possible to earn 5k - 0k+ on day shift only assuming that the performance is adequate and KPIS are hit, extra with overtime if is available as it is variable.
The work you will be doing is considered ‘high mix, low volume’ therefore there are several changeovers within a day setting the machines for different jobs. And I am looking for Machine Operators to be good problem solvers and willing to work autonomously. Full training will be provided but I am hoping to find someone who is capable and able to pick things up relatively quickly and ‘hit the ground running’.

The role will involve working in the Machine Shop, assisting in running Machines, Loading and Unloading and Wrapping/Strapping. Day to day duties within the role will include:

-Stacking, Wrapping and Strapping pallets of stock

Key skills needed for this role include:
