As part of this role, you will be responsible for fostering a culture of continuous improvement, delivering process improvements, as well as helping increase productivity and reducing waste.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver Lean Six Sigma projects to improve quality, safety, efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Coach and mentor staff in problem-solving methodologies, value stream mapping, and waste elimination.
- Design and implement enterprise excellence metrics and training programs (e.g., White/Yellow/Green Belt certifications).
