Job Responsibilities
- Regularly conduct warehouse asset inventories to ensure asset security, and promptly identify and address any abnormal asset situations.
- Comprehensively handle administrative tasks within the warehouse, including procurement, distribution, collection, and maintenance management.
- Fulfill administrative duties, being responsible for the management of the procurement process for office equipment and electronic devices.
- Take overall charge of warehouse consumables management. Monitor usage progress in real - time, scientifically plan procurement schedules, and ensure timely and accurate consumption material requisitioning, avoiding waste or shortages.
- Assist in promoting the control of warehouse hard costs. Achieve cost - reduction goals by optimizing resource allocation and improving work processes.
Job Requirements
- Possess strong data - processing capabilities and be proficient in using tools to analyze, organize, and interpret warehouse data.
- Have excellent communication skills and be able to collaborate efficiently with internal and external stakeholders.
- Have the ability to manage multiple tasks in a closed - loop manner, ensuring a complete cycle from task planning to execution and feedback.
- Understand basic warehouse operation logic. Requirements for logistics experience and on - site management experience are relatively flexible.
- Be meticulous, rigorous, responsible, and highly motivated in execution, and be able to properly handle various issues in the work.

This will be starting on a 6 month contract with a view that it may be long term for the right person.
Reporting to the Plumbing Area Managers the ideal person will be involved in planning and coordinating the work allocation for Engineers. (Training will be provided)
Key Duties:
·Liaise with Engineers, Field Supervisors and Operatives.
·Provide accurate information to all Supervisors.
·Ensure all jobs are planned and coordinated so they run as efficiently as possible.
·Monitor the progress of all plumbers working on the designated contract and update the related company and Client systems.
·Resolving any planning queries or issues.
·Aiding in setting up new starter.

Apply today to work as an Operational Support Administrator for our client's brand newly built distribution center at one of their sites based in Stanford-Le-Hope (London Thames Gateway)!
The rate of pay is:
- Days £14.58 per hour
- Nights £6.76 per hour (Night Shift Premium included in a basic rate between 22:00-06:00)
Overtime is available and paid at 1.37 per hour.
This is a full-time role working 5 days per week, 8-hour shifts. The shift is rotational, a combination of days or a fixed night shift:
- 6am to 2pm
- 2pm to 10pm
- 10pm to 6am
Applicants must be able to work 2 weekends in a row and then have 2 weekends in a row off (rota given). 30 minutes unpaid break.
Your Time at Work
As an Operational Support Administrator your responsibility will be to:
- Ensure flow of inbound, outbound, and picked goods movement to and from the site in a timely manner
- Support First Line Managers with workforce planning, in line with delivery schedules and site capacity
- Ensure that all site systems are updated accurately and timely to meet site KPI
- Manage bay allocations
- Adhere to the health and safety procedures of the site at all times
- Supporting the site to keep it safe by reporting any unsafe practices
- Liaise with external and internal contacts, including customers and hauliers
- General admin duties as requested by the operation (including note taking, report monitoring, and management of other tasks)
- Monitor and review operational issues and report to First Line Managers or Shift Managers
- Ensure that customer-specific procedures are followed
