Responsibilities:

- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in process improvement, lean manufacturing, or Six Sigma projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis and statistical software (e.g., Minitab, JMP).
- Excellent understanding of manufacturing processes and systems.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various teams.
- Project management experience is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with CAD software is a plus.
- Lean or Six Sigma certification (e.g., Green Belt, Black Belt) is advantageous.
