- Ensure Driver Daily Walk Round Checks and Pre-Use Reports via the app are completion Prior to departing the yard at the beginning of each duty
- Provide feedback to Operations Manager on factors, individual or collective, impacting driver performance
- Ensure that all driver Tachograph records are downloaded/scanned and analysed daily at the end of each duty if required
- Log all defects to VMS at the time of notification and liaise with Engineering to determine resolution process
- Administer efficient and customer focused Lost Property procedures in accordance with Group Operations Policy
- Ensure uncompromised standards for service and passenger safety are delivered
