You will work within our engineering team to perform optimisation works and carry out planned, preventative and reactive BMS maintenance to deliver impactful solutions, and ensure smooth, efficient operations for our clients, on Trend, Cylon and Tridium systems. We work with a range of Companies including well-known brands and high-end delivery and service is core to everything we do.   • Preparing detailed reports and presentations on process performance and improvement recommendations.
  • Collaborating with engineering and operations teams to troubleshoot and resolve process-related issues.
  • Mentoring junior engineers and providing technical guidance.
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Staying abreast of the latest advancements in industrial engineering and manufacturing technologies.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial engineering or process improvement roles.
  • Proficiency in process mapping, simulation software, and statistical analysis tools.
  • Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma methodologies, and project management.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience in a manufacturing or heavy industry environment is highly desirable.
