Lead the end-to-end architecture of Oracle Fusion ERP across Finance, HCM, and Procurement.nDevelop and maintain ERP roadmaps that align with our enterprise architecture and digital strategy.nEnsure consistency, scalability, and performance across modules, workflows, and reporting.nTranslate business needs into secure, compliant, and future-ready designs.nProvide architectural assurance on ERP projects and enhancements.nSupport integration and automation using Oracle Integration Cloud, APIs, and modern best practices.nPromote standards in configuration, data governance, role-based access, and audit readiness.nCollaborate with vendors, delivery partners, and internal teams to ensure quality outcomes.nStay ahead of Oracle’s roadmap and industry trends, guiding adoption of new capabilities.

- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work closely with non-technical business users to understand and translate requirements.
- Ability to explain technical details to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail in reporting to ensure data integrity and report reliability.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Experience
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in report writing with Oracle Fusion reporting tools.

We are looking for an experienced SaaS functional domain specialist to join our CSS team in the UK. The domain expert will be responsible for providing consultancy and advisory to our strategic customers, translating ideas and concepts into implementable, supportable designs, also have experience in providing technical solutions aligned with Oracle standards, applying and providing the industry's best practices in customer. This role gives you an opportunity to apply your domain knowledge, skills, and experience to work in the Customer Success Services (CSS) team with Oracle SaaS/PaaS products. You will also have experience in maintaining and supporting customers' eBusiness Suite applications and Fusion SAAS, either on-site or remotely, implementing and running PaaS solutions such as Oracle Integration Cloud/SOA and integration to Oracle SaaS products, develops, integrates and implements applications components including front-end development, internal database integration and OTBI Reports. Plays a direct role in programming, maintenance, technical support, documentation, and administration of Oracle Cloud applications. The Human Capital domain specialist ensures solution architecture feasibility and mitigates risk by leveraging a network of subject matter experts in the various domains. The HCM Architect/domain specialist is also capable of proposing customer roadmaps to realize the proposed solution.
**UK SC is required but don't disclose the fact you have SC until requested by Oracle Security Admin team.**
**Your responsibilities include:**
+ Lead and participate as Functional leader/Advisor in different Service activity streams such as Gap Analysis and Solution design , POCs, Demonstration requirements gathering, business analysis, projects' delivery, Quality assurance with other Oracle teams at client locations or offshore teams for various activities.
+ Document / review Requirement Specifications Documents
+ Analyze business requirements, participate in functional design and document / review Functional Specification documents.
+ Travel as required to client locations onsite (within and outside UK) on need basis for implementations and participate in product walkthrough and POC workshops.
+ During implementations, work with all onsite collaborators and client personnel to ensure project success.
+ Use defined standards/tools/processes to achieve work that meet quality expectations of Oracle / Client.
+ Document all work in accordance with agreed standards/processes applicable for Oracle / Client.
+ Adhere to defined Change Control Process of Oracle / Client. Align with Oracle / Client audit / compliance requirements.

**What you'll do**
+ As a Fusion SaaS Analyst for UK Government Clients, your focus is to deliver post-sales support and solutions to the Oracle customer base while serving as an advocate for customer needs. This involves resolving post-sales technical and functional customer issues directly with customers.
+ A main point of contact for customers, you are responsible for facilitating customer relationships with Support, Product Management, XLOB and providing advice and assistance to internal Oracle employees on diverse customer situations and escalated issues.
+ As a Fusion SaaS Analyst, you will offer strategic support to assure the highest level of customer satisfaction. A focus is to build/use automated technology and instrumentation to diagnose, document, and resolve/avoid customer issues. You are expected to be an expert member of the technical problem solving/problem avoidance team, routinely sought after to address extremely complex, critical customer issues. Services may be frequently provided by on-site customer visits.
**The background you should have for this job**
+ 3-5+ years experience with Oracle Cloud SaaS Payroll
+ Hands-on experience in supporting/integrating and extending Oracle SaaS Payroll
+ Full understanding of UK payroll and absence legislation
+ Expertise in configuring and optimizing applications, and understanding of performance tuning techniques
+ Experience applying and testing of Oracle Updates
+ Strong experience in proving support, configuration and extension services activities to UK Govt/Commercial clients.
+ Excellent spoken and written English language communication skills.
+ Ability to work with multiple teams to address client needs.
+ Demonstrated self-initiative and ability to work independently and unsupervised.
+ Minimum 5 years UK residency to meet UK Security Vetting (SC) requirements.
