We are looking for an experienced SaaS functional domain specialist to join our CSS team in the UK. As a leader in a growing Oracle Cloud Consulting Practice, you will play a key role in shaping and leading the delivery of complex Oracle Cloud HCM or Payroll solutions. Day to day you’ll be working closely with clients, engaging in both advisory and delivery projects in Oracle HCM or Payroll, leading teams, identifying issues and recommending solutions to help clients achieve their wider technology enabled transformation and business objectives.


What We’re Looking For:

- Delivering /leading delivery of Oracle HR or Payroll implementations in either R12 or Cloud

- Strong functional knowledge /background across Oracle HCM OR payroll modules

- Experience in Consulting (some relevant experience in industry would be a plus)

- Credible in front of clients
