This isn't a passive support role - you'll be hands-on, visible, and instrumental in delivering a successful Oracle Financials implementation. From UAT to hypercare, you'll act as a vital bridge between the finance function, delivery partners, and project teams - ensuring that change sticks, users are confident, and systems run smoothly.
What You'll Be Doing
- Own and coordinate UAT test cycles - including script creation, walkthroughs, and tracking issues to resolution
- Escalate system issues and partner with vendors to drive fixes
- Act as a key conduit between finance stakeholders and technical teams
- Deliver practical end-user training and build confidence across finance teams
- Support data validation, cutover planning, and hypercare post-go-live
- Ensure solutions align with internal controls and compliance standards
What You'll Bring
- Oracle Cloud Financials expertise across GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Cash Management
- Strong understanding of core finance processes (R2R, P2P, O2C)
- Experience with UAT, including defect management and stakeholder walkthroughs
- A proactive, confident communication style and strong documentation skills
