  • PhD in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a closely related field.
  • 10+ years of post-doctoral research experience in an industrial or academic setting.
  • Proven expertise in one or more areas such as organic synthesis, catalysis, polymer chemistry, or materials science.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading research initiatives and managing project timelines.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Strong publication record and/or patent history.
  • Proficiency in scientific software and data analysis tools.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote team environment.
