Must haves:
- Bachelor's degree required, in addition to experience experience in scientific and technical learning design experience, to include leading learning program design efforts in R&D application / systems required
- Go-live readiness/adoption experience; shift focus from tech to sustained business usage.
- Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional programs, ideally involving emerging technologies.
Plusses :

Key Responsibilities:

- Work with global communications, transition Director and country teams to execute, among other the following key deliverables: Stakeholder Analysis, Change Impact Assessment, Stakeholder group Engagement Plans, Develop and Execute change adoption and communication plan. And any other deliverable as agreed in the Change Management Plan
- Partner with Communications on development comms plans and respond to changes or feedback throughout project.
Monitor change management quality, consistency, and effectiveness of the deliverables provided by the countries and escalate CM issues or challenges to the Transition Director or the Change Lead
Qualification:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in organisational behaviour, human resources, organisational development, organisational effectiveness, communications, or related field (preferred).
- Experience: Four or more years’ experience in the implementation of Change Management strategies. Preferably in support of a Shared Service implementation or Technology Transformation.
- Professional certification: Change management certification or designation a plus

The VP, ICS Risk Change Management will:
+ Serve as the go-to subject matter expert within ICS, relevant BUs and International Legal Entities on relevant risk and control programs related to change and delivery risk
+ Partner with ICS Centre of Excellence (COE) to support and enable effective risk management and prioritization across large central transformation programs
+ Collaborate with ICS COE and enterprise partners to drive ICS wide risk reduction programs
+ Ensure all activities & guidance provided to BU are in alignment with standards set by centralized specialist risk-stripe teams
+ Comply with enterprise policies and programs pertaining to specific risk types, and support with design/ enhancement of BU procedures /standards by providing topic-specific insight
+ Support with design and execution of targeted training and awareness programs to increase understanding and management of specific risk topics within ICS, relevant BUs and International Legal Entities.
+ Provide appropriate and timely reporting to BU leadership on change, and where appropriate to second and third line of defense teams.
