Responsibilities:

Qualifications and Experience:
- Qualified Social Worker with a recognised degree and HCPC registration.
- Significant post-qualification experience in children's services, with a proven track record in safeguarding and child protection.
- In-depth knowledge of relevant legislation and statutory frameworks governing children's services.
- Demonstrated experience in conducting complex assessments and risk analysis.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage a demanding workload.
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is desirable.
