Today, we’re looking for a fun, creative and SUPER ambitious individual to join our team on a full time basis, as a Sales Executive/Account Manager.
You will be working directly alongside our management team as we aggressively scale up our business over the coming 12-36 months.
We get THOUSANDS of inbound enquiries every single month.
These are all from prospective students who are wanting to train with us.
Your role is to speak with the most serious prospects to understand their situation, guide them through the process and introduce them to the right training program for their needs.
You will:
- Deliver inbound, scheduled Zoom calls with prospective students, everyday
- Guide those individuals through the MSTA process and how everything works
- Demo our courses to help onboard them to the correct training course/program
- Follow up with individuals that are interested but aren’t yet ready to make the leap
- Work with past students to help them graduate into further programs as they progress
- Support in the ongoing development of our CRM.

Earnings & Earning Potential- Your basic salary is £30,000 per year
- Your on target earnings (OTE) are £5,000 per year. This means that you will actually be expected to hit these numbers as your absolute minimum monthly output.
- You have uncapped earning potential ( 0k+ per year) as you grow into the position.
Our company is an exciting, fast-paced culture to work in. But, you will realise quickly that we work hard and play hard.
You’ll be expected to work from 10am - 6pm, Monday to Friday, but there will be many occasions where your role will require you to work outside of those hours.
With that said, hard work and success in this role looks like £60 in the first 12 months and real progression as we scale our business into international markets.

At this stage, we are looking for an individual with 3+ years past experience in a sales or business development role.
No experience in the aesthetics/skincare industry is necessary. However, an interest and a deep understanding of the beauty industry as a whole is highly desirable to simplify the training, onboarding & ramp-up process.
