Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee delivery of monthly and quarterly management accounts for a wide range of SME clients
- Managing a small team of juniors delivering bookkeeping, VAT returns, payroll and forecasts & budgets
- Supporting digital transformation projects for clients, facilitating the execution and implementation
- Providing advice and guidance for clients, contributing their growth and profitability
Requirements:
- A fully qualified accountant, ACCA or ACA / ICAEW or equivalent with prior experience with an accountancy practice
- Previous experience of team leadership, mentoring juniors and managing workflows
- Adaptable approach to assignment with solid attention to detail and ability to communicate across all business levels
- IT skills including Excel and any accounting software (Xero, QuickBooks, Sage, IRIS etc).
