Are you an experienced Paediatric Clinical Lead looking to make a real difference in childrens healthcare?
Our client a leading healthcare provider is seeking a passionate Paediatric Nurse / Nurse Manager to deliver exceptional complex paediatric care across Gloucestershire, Bristol, Somerset, and Avon.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage complex care packages for paediatric patients, including planning, risk assessments, and clinical re-assessments.
- Conduct new client assessments and chair monthly team meetings.
- Perform medication and clinical audits to maintain best practice standards.
- Provide clinical supervision and competency sign-off for Registered Nurses.
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated care.
- Deliver both standard and emergency clinical support to the regional team.
- Train care staff in specialist equipment use and personal care.
- Maintain and update clinical skills through continuous professional development .
- Conduct spot checks and participate in audits to drive quality improvement.
- Registered Nurse (Paediatrics) or Midwife with valid NMC registration.
- Skilled in complex care including tracheostomy, ventilation, spinal injuries, and brain injuries.
- Experience in both paediatric and adult community care .
- Minimum 2 years experience in complex care, home care, or community nursing.
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (preferred).
- Competitive salary: 5,000 0,000 per year.
