Our client, a highly respected law firm based in **Bradford, West Yorkshire**, is seeking an experienced Senior Paralegal to join their busy Litigation department. This role offers a stimulating and challenging environment for a dedicated legal professional. You will play a crucial role in supporting solicitors and barristers on a wide range of contentious matters, from initial case assessment through to trial and post-judgment enforcement. Responsibilities include drafting legal documents, managing case files, conducting legal research, liaising with clients and courts, and preparing documentation for hearings. You will be assisting Fee Earners in the performance of their role across a broad range of civil and commercial litigation matters.


The practice is looking for an individual with drive and ambition, who can work independently as well as part of a team, take ownership of tasks, manage their own workload, and demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Typing correspondence, pleadings, witness statements, and other legal documents.
• Managing own caseload under supervision.
• Preparing trial bundles, hearing bundles, and court documents.
• Liaising with courts, counsel, and other legal professionals.
• Drafting letters, attendance notes, and other legal documentation.

Other Duties:

• Responding promptly to all correspondence, instructions, and client enquiries.
• Handling incoming telephone calls, faxes, and emails efficiently.

• Booking meeting rooms and ensuring they are prepared for use.
