Our client is seeking a Litigation Paralegal to join their busy dispute resolution department in Bexleyheath or Blackheath, London.
You will be assisting Fee Earners in the performance of their role across a broad range of civil and commercial litigation matters.
The practice is looking for an individual with drive and ambition, who can work independently as well as part of a team, take ownership of tasks, manage their own workload, and demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities:
• Typing correspondence, pleadings, witness statements, and other legal documents.
• Managing own caseload under supervision.
• Preparing trial bundles, hearing bundles, and court documents.
• Liaising with courts, counsel, and other legal professionals.
• Drafting letters, attendance notes, and other legal documentation.
Other Duties:

Key duties:
- Manage a Defended caseload via a diary system to take appropriate follow up action
- li>Review High Value or Complex pre-legal debts to assess suitability for legal action
- li>Pursue defended claims through small claims, fast track and multi-track by drafting pleadings, witness statements and producing court bundles.
