You will secure effective and efficient management of City Councils various on/off street (including multi storey) parking.
As a service we work a 24/7 365 service dealing with members of the public on a face to face or through an intercom. Parking Services manage four multi story car parks for Liverpool City Council we need to have a number of staff on duty at any one time. In the event of an emergency, we are required to have staff respond immediately.
We have key staff on duty with training to deal with any issues with members of the public, Health and Safety issues and patrolling all four sites for criminal activity and to evict rough sleepers.
We control all car parks from one location and supply a service to the Arena and convention/exhibition centre.

This is an exciting new opportunity that has come about through expansion and is a new contract at one of the most high-traffic locations in the country. In this dynamic role, you’ll provide outstanding service to our clients, maintain a safe and clean environment and play a key role in ensuring smooth operations.
Please note: This is an outdoor role. You’ll be working outside for most of your shift, in all weather conditions – rain, shine, or snow. Applicants should be comfortable and prepared for this.

The Ideal Candidate:
- Flexible to work 42 hours a week(both day and night shifts), including weekends and overtime during peak periods.

- Previous experience in customer-facing or fast-paced roles
- Full manual EU driving license is a bonus
Your Responsibilities:
- Resolve customer concerns and ensure high-quality service.
- Maintain site cleanliness and safety, focusing on continuous improvement.
- Meet and exceed safety, security, and service standards.
- Perform basic maintenance on payment machines, barriers, and other equipment.
- Conduct regular patrols according to site KPIs.
- Complete reports and log sheets accurately.
- Report service issues or irregularities to your line manager.
- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanour, representing the company well.
- Enforce car park rules and regulations.
We are seeking dedicated and flexible individuals to join our team on a rotating shift pattern. This role requires working both day and night shifts on 4 days on, 4 days off rota system. Shift timing will be confirmed in advance as part of the schedule. Applicants must be able to work both types of shifts as part of the rota. Basic Pay is .50 per hour with an additional per hour shift allowance for all hrs worked to .50 per hour.

There will be 10 specific locations to cover 10 times throughout the day. The role will include general maintenance of the paddling pools and surrounding areas. You will be required to fill the paddling pools in the morning, checking and emptying the pools at the end of your shift. You will also be required to maintain the upkeep of the area surrounding the paddling pools, emptying bins, checking the toilets and litter picking.
You will need to ensure a safe working environment is always maintained and carry out day to day maintenance and checks on all equipment as well as required paperwork.
The training offered includes on-the-job training and standard induction for best practice.
This is a 7 week assignment as it is a seasonal position.
To succeed, you will need:
- Experience in a similar Grounds Maintenance role is desirable.
- UK Manual Driving Licence is preferred however not essential.
- Previous experience within a public setting is preferred however not essential.
- To be able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Willingness to learn & open to training.
- Safety conscious mindset is key.
