Key Responsibilities:
- Locking and Unlocking: Ensure the security of our car park by efficiently locking and unlocking the sites as required.

- Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service by effectively communicating with the public, answering questions, and assisting with any inquiries.

We are seeking a reliable and proactive Car Park Operative to join our facilities team. This role is vital in ensuring the smooth operation, safety, and compliance of on-site car parks.
Key Responsibilities
Patrolling & Enforcement : Carry out regular patrols of car parks, ensuring vehicles are parked correctly and in designated areas.
Issuing PCNs : Issue Penalty Charge Notices to vehicles breaching parking policies, such as parking in restricted areas or without valid permits.
Facility Surveys : Conduct condition surveys of car parks and related facilities, promptly reporting any maintenance issues.
About You
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable working independently and outdoors in all weather conditions.
Previous experience in a similar enforcement or facilities role is desirable but not essential.
