Job Description
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will:
* Help customers who contact you across multiple channels including phone, email, SMS, live chat and WhatsApp to arrange engineer visits.
* Provide a smooth and professional customer journey by understanding individual needs across different communication channels.
* Actively listen, gaining an understanding of each customer's situation, whilst delivering excellent customer service.
* Ensure all telephone calls and emails are answered within the service level agreement.
* Use the Salesforce platform to book engineer visits.
* Follow the contact centre processes and targets to ensure a professional service is delivered at all times.
* Work closely with customers to keep them updated and delighted with the customer service they experience.
Person specification
The ideal candidate will have:
* GCSE English Grade 4 (C) or above, or an equivalent qualification.
* At least one year call-centre experience.
* A strong understanding of Microsoft Applications and web-based platforms.
* Determination to succeed and be flexible towards learning news skills to support the needs of the business.
* Proven customer service skills.
* An excellent telephone manner.
* Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
* Strong motivation whilst working as part of a team and independently.

In the role of Swim Teacher, you will deliver swimming lessons to customers of all ages and abilities ensuring they feel supported and are achieving their goals. In this role you will also have the opportunity to Lifeguard at our pool in between lessons alongside assisting with our administration tasks.
If you want to progress further, we will support this through additional training, both formal and on the job will be key. However, we also appreciate that not everyone wants to ‘move up the ladder’ and that’s absolutely fine with us. What is really important is that you are happy in your work.

Hours: Up to 34 hours available per week, Monday to Sunday (rota basis)
Requirements
- To teach swimming to children and/or adults as part of the Leisure Centre’s swimming lesson programme, according to qualification, training and experience
- To communicate with the children’s parents/guardians concerning their development, and advise on their progression through the programme
- To assist in the supervision of customers in the swimming pool and surrounds, ensuring their safety and discipline
- To assist with our administration tasks in the office
- NPLQ qualification or equivalent (training can be provided)
- Excellent communication skills with a genuine desire to work closely with customers.
- An ability to deal with children and their parents
- Level 2 swimming teaching qualification (training can be provided)
- DBS check
- Well developed interpersonal skills.
- Team orientated approach, able to work across organisation boundaries and demonstrate interest and be supportive of the work of staff and colleagues.
- To be able to work flexibly and understand instructions from managers.
- Demonstrated passion and energy for the leisure industry.

Requirements
Fosterplus Coventry is currently seeking a qualified and experienced Social Worker who is enthusiastic, committed and has an appreciation of the role of the foster parent and their skills. We ask our Social Workers to take a collaborative approach with foster parents in order to promote meaningful and relevant supervision of placements. Experience of working with foster parents as professional colleagues and working within a multi-discipline arena is essential, as is holding a full driving licence, a confident driver and having unrestricted access to your own car.
This is a demanding position which includes both a quality assurance role to maintain high standards and a training role to prospective and current foster parents. You will be an excellent report writer and able to work to strict deadlines.
- Hold a Social Care England recognised qualification in Social Work or equivalent
- Previous experience of children and families social work
- A comprehensive working knowledge of all relevant legislation pertaining to children's services as well as publications
- Good IT skills
- Able to be flexible as to working pattern and travel
Responsibilities
- Direct support of foster parents within a realistic caseload which enables a high level of supervision
- Provide regular supervision to allocated foster parents, enabling and monitoring their practice and ensuring their compliance with regulatory standards
- To work in partnership with children, young people and foster parents and other professionals, local authorities and stakeholders, enabling full participation in assessment, planning, review and decision making relating to safeguarding and child protection
