Your daily responsibilities will include:

- Operating laundry equipment safely and efficiently, ensuring all linens and garments are cleaned and presented to standard.
- Carrying out routine and seasonal deep cleans and responding promptly to any cleaning issues or incidents.
- Maintaining cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring they’re stored safely and in good working order.
- Following all health and safety guidelines, including COSHH regulations.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has 6–12 months of housekeeping experience in a fast-paced or hospitality setting.
- Takes pride in delivering high-quality work and excellent customer service.
- Works well as part of a team and supports colleagues to deliver great results.
- Understands the importance of discretion, professionalism, and respect for residents’ privacy.
- Ideally has experience working with older adults or in a retirement living environment (not essential).
