- Identify opportunities for process, platform and control environment improvements
- Participate in improvement projects and operational testing as necessary to support the change agenda

PURPOSE OF ROLE:
• To provide accurate administration support to a busy warehouse office
HOURS:

• Checking all Third Party Logistics transfer paperwork, raise and resolve any queries then transfer onto the ERP system
• To create daily pick sheets for the external warehouse
• To create delivery notes for direct despatches / 3PL Warehouse as required

• Despatch stock on the ERP system
• Complete Return Merchandise Authorisation for customer stock returns
• Monitor batch rotation against despatch notes
• Input Customer orders
• Finished product stock reconciliation
• Cover for other warehouse tasks as required
• The job holder is required to do all tasks considered as relevant by their line manager
• Responsible for Food Safety, Quality and Legality
