We are looking for a Customer Service Assistant to join the team, the role is busy and varied, so the successful candidate ideally has experience of reception work, and dealing with the public, cash handling and working with computers. Within this role, you will also work in our Café, making and preparing, hot and cold food along with drinks.
The good thing is that we provide you with full training and great potential for career progression, we have over 100 facilities across England and Wales – many of our staff have built successful careers with us because they love the having a positive impact in their local communities and enjoy the variety that the role provides.

Hours: 7.5 hours per week, Monday - Sunday (rota basis)
Requirements
- To serve the leisure centre’s customers using exceptional customer service skills.
- Promote and sell the different products that Freedom Leisure offer.
- To serve customers at all points of sale including refreshments in the Freedom Café area of the site and main entrance reception.
- Experience of serving customers in a face to face environment and dealing with telephone calls.
- Professional approach to work with a high level of integrity.

Our Cleaners are the heartbeat of 1Rebel at the club level. Working in one of our clubs you will provide 10* levels of cleanliness throughout the studios and workplace. Performing a range of duties, including studio and equipment clean down, towel deliveries and ensuring changing facilities are stocked and cleaned, our cleaners are detail-oriented professionals and keeper of standards.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide 10* Cleaning across our front of house, studios and changing rooms

As a Podiatrist, you will be responsible for:
- To welcome, assist, and handle residents’ queries and concerns in a friendly, prompt, and professional manner
- To deliver a variety of chiropody services, including nail care, callus and corn removal, foot assessments, and minor treatments
- To provide expert advice and recommendations on foot health, footwear, and preventative care, including referrals where necessary
- To ensure high standards of hygiene and clinical best practices are always maintained, adhering to health and safety, infection control, and compliance procedures
- To demonstrate excellent communication skills and up-to-date knowledge of podiatric treatments to meet the individual needs of our residents
- To care for instruments and equipment, ensuring proper sterilisation and use of appropriate quantities of products to support cost control
- To be flexible with your schedule, supporting the needs of the wellness or care team
- To work effectively and independently without direct supervision
- To collaborate with other departments to ensure a holistic approach to resident care and wellbeing
- To perform preparation and restocking duties as required
- To undertake any administrative tasks related to appointments, treatment records, and reporting
- To attend training and professional development sessions as required
- To be fully aware of and comply with all relevant policies, procedures, and regulations
- To triage referral and work within in the NICE guidelines.
- To assess and treat the high-risk case load with advanced wound management methods
- To build a working network with all community services to benefit patients.
- Maintain the education element and referral pathways for GPs, District Nurses, Urgent Care team
About you
- You will have experience working in a similar clinical or care-based environment
- You will hold a recognised qualification in Podiatry/Chiropody (e.g., BSc in Podiatry) and be HCPC registered
- You will be a professional who understands the importance of delivering and maintaining high standards in a safe, clean, and compliant environment
- You will have strong communication skills, a cooperative and polite manner, and a keen eye for detail
- You will be trustworthy, caring, adaptable, friendly, and patient, always striving for excellence in resident care.
- Advance specialised knowledge in relation to the high risk patient
