Job Description
Homa is a global mobile game developer and publisher creating games people love. We partner with studios and internally develop games, having launched over 80 titles, reached over 2 billion downloads, and seen our game All in Hole break into the global top-50 grossing charts. These are milestones, not the finish line.
With deep expertise in product and technology, we built Homa Lab, our proprietary platform that gives developers the market intelligence, data tools, and game tech, with AI built-in, to find product–market fit fast and scale mass-market games into lasting experiences players enjoy for years.
This is our flywheel: Homa Lab helps studios spot the right ideas early, turn them into games quickly, and reach millions of players. Every launch brings back data and insights that fuel the next hit, making each turn of the loop faster, smarter, and more likely to win. AI supercharges this process, running through everything we do, from everyday tasks to our guiding principles.
What powers the loop is talent density. 220+ people from 30+ nationalities, bringing expertise from the world’s best studios and companies. We uphold ambition, curiosity, humility, and focus, and deliver with speed, excellence, and candor.
Since the start, we’ve raised $165M from Headline, Northzone, Eurazeo, Bpifrance, and the founders of King, Sorare, and Spotify, people who’ve built and backed the games and platforms we admire, now supporting our drive to create the next ones.
At Homa, we are building the next billion-player experiences from the ground up and shaping the future of entertainment.
MissionAs a Strategic Partnerships Manager , you’ll play a key role in supporting Homa’s growth by working directly with the CEO to shape high-impact partnerships and corporate initiatives. In this role, you will build and manage relationships with some of the best gaming studios in the world, support deal structuring, negotiations, and strategic partnerships, and assist in market research, competitive intelligence, and M&A or investment projects.
This position is designed to give you maximum exposure to strategic decision-making and prepare you for a fast-track career in business development, corporate strategy, or venture investing. Your main responsibilities will include:
Partnerships
- Support the sourcing and onboarding of new studios into Homa’s ecosystem
- Build presentations, partnership materials, and financial simulations to structure compelling proposals
- Track and manage the performance of studio partnerships, ensuring long-term alignment and success
Corporate Development
- Assist in evaluating M&A and investment opportunities (market mapping, benchmarking, financial modeling)
- Prepare Board-level materials and investment memos
- Monitor industry trends (gaming, adtech, entertainment) to help shape Homa’s growth strategy
Internal Enablement
- Work cross-functionally with Product, UA, Finance, and Data teams to support deal execution
- Create clear frameworks and reporting to increase visibility on partnerships and opportunities
- Be at the intersection of gaming, strategy, and investments
- Work directly with senior leadership on strategic deals
- Exposure to global studios and top decision-makers in gaming
- Accelerated learning curve: within 12 months, you will have contributed to multi-million-dollar partnerships and possibly M&A deals
- Competitive package with growth opportunities
Requirements
We are looking for someone with high potential, strong intellectual curiosity, and ambition to learn fast and grow. You’re a great fit if you have:
- Background: You could be a top graduate from a leading university or a self-taught, hungry, high-IQ builder who has proven you can learn fast and think big
- Experience: 0–3 years in consulting, investment banking, VC/PE, strategy, gaming, or any environment where you had to think strategically and deliver under pressure
- Skills: Analytical and creative at once: you can break down a P&L but also pitch a deal in a way that excites a studio founder
- Passion: Deep interest in gaming, media, or tech—not just as a player, but as someone who wants to shape the industry
- Communication: Excellent communicator: clear, precise, and persuasive—whether it’s a studio founder, an investor, or your CEO
- Mindset: Above all, curious, ambitious, and unstoppable. You’d rather figure things out than wait for instructions.
Even if you don’t check every box in our requirements, we encourage you to apply. We value diverse perspectives and backgrounds, and we’re more interested in your potential and passion than a perfect match to our checklist.
The ImpactWithin your first 12 months, success looks like:
- Supporting the signing of 3–5 high-potential studios into Homa’s portfolio
- Contributing to at least one investment or acquisition project
- Building a reputation as a trusted, analytical, and entrepreneurial partner inside Homa.
This role is the perfect launchpad for a career at the crossroads of gaming, strategy, and venture building. If you want to learn how to source, structure, and close deals that shape the future of entertainment, join Homa.
Our CultureAt Homa, we prioritise talent, energy, and determination over traditional credentials. We’re building a global community of brilliant, driven people who think boldly, act with pragmatism, move fast, and push boundaries. We believe true innovation comes from diverse perspectives, deep collaboration, and curiosity without limits. Our culture is grounded in four core values:
- Ambition : We strive for the best - we don’t settle for “good enough,” - we use common sense to reach higher.
- Humility : We recognise that we are always learning, we can always improve and grow - we stay grounded in a clear view of ourselves.
- Curiosity : We continuously seek the “why” behind the “what” - we explore with purpose and practicality.
- Focus : Our curiosity takes us deeper, not wider - we obsess over the details and let pragmatism guide our attention.
