LSH Auto is on the lookout for a motivated and knowledgeable Parts Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our dealership, you will be responsible for managing the inventory and ensuring that our customers receive the parts they need to keep vehicles running smoothly.
This is a full-time position with 45 working hours per week.
Salary: Up to £29,000 plus OTE bonus
Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain inventory levels of automotive parts and supplies.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries and assisting with orders.
- Ensure timely replenishment of stock and maintain a clean and organized parts department.
- Collaborate with service technicians to identify and source required parts efficiently.
- Keep records of orders and deliveries to ensure accurate inventory management.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an automotive parts department or similar role is preferred.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Familiarity with inventory management software and Microsoft Office.
- A valid UK driving license is required.

- Minimum 2 -3 years of Parts experience with a solid parts background (vehicle factors, main dealer, or HGV/LGV mechanic)
- Strong knowledge of vehicle components
- Confident, friendly communicator; comfortable on the phone
- Full UK driving licence + own vehicle
- Good computer skills including the ability to learn several software applications
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Knowledge and/or experience with industrial and automotive parts

Are you an experienced Parts Advisor with a background in the automotive, plant, or agricultural industry? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy being part of a dynamic team? If so, we want to hear from you!
We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our busy Parts Department, reporting directly to the Parts Supervisor. You’ll play a key role in ensuring a smooth and efficient parts service, working closely with our service, recycling departments, and customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Accurately interpret customer needs using parts catalogues
- Order and manage stock in line with operational requirements
- Receive, check, and store incoming goods, updating systems accordingly
- Assist with parts deliveries and collections
- Ensure all outgoing stock and returns are correctly packaged and documented
- Maintain stock control and support regular stock takes
- Provide excellent customer service both face-to-face and over the phone
- Invoice parts and ensure order numbers are obtained where needed
- Support warranty and old unit returns
- Collaborate closely with technicians and foreman on dayshift
