As a Clinical Outcome Assessment (COA) Lead, you will be a key contributor to Sanofi's R&D efforts, ensuring the patient voice is integrated into clinical research. You'll develop and implement COA endpoint strategies, working cross-functionally with R&D, HEOR&MA, and regulatory teams. This role sits within the Patient-Informed Development & Health Value Translation (PID&HVT) department, under Global R&D.

**Main responsibilities:**
+ Define COA endpoint strategies for clinical programs and ensure alignment with regulatory and payer expectations
+ Conduct research to develop disease conceptual models and identify key outcomes relevant to patients
+ Advise on selection, development, validation, and implementation of Fit-for-Purpose COA instruments
+ Manage qualitative and quantitative research projects, including vendor oversight
+ Prepare scientific documents for regulatory submissions, publications, and internal stakeholders
+ Mentor junior scientists, contribute to team knowledge sharing, and lead internal COA initiatives
+ Promote innovation by applying new methodologies and helping define COA strategies in strategic therapeutic areas
**About you**
+ **Experience** : Relevant experience in COA within Pharma, CRO, or consultancy; ideally demonstrated through scientific publications and hands-on involvement in COA data analysis, development or validation of instruments, and/or COA endpoint strategy implementation
+ **Soft and technical skills** : Strong analytical and synthesis capabilities with both qualitative and quantitative data; autonomous, proactive, and accountable mindset; excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to manage multiple priorities and projects effectively
+ **Education** : Advanced academic degree in a relevant field such as psychology, anthropology, sociology, public health, epidemiology, psychometrics, clinical research, physiotherapy, pharmacy, medicine, or biostatistics
+ **Languages** : Professional fluency in English, both written and spoken
