About The Role

We’re looking for a People Operations Specialist to help us build and support a world-class employee experience as we scale. In this role, you’ll play a key part in managing the full employee lifecycle, driving process improvements, and making sure our people systems and workflows run smoothly across our global team.

Key Responsibilities

  • You’ll manage the entire employee lifecycle end-to-end
  • You’ll help to manage the way we hire & pay people - building key relationships with our payroll, EOR & PEO providers to support our global people infrastructure.
  • You’ll support the wider People Operations team to deliver on key projects, collaborating on initiatives including Onboarding, People Dashboards, Tooling Implementation & many more! You'll be a key player in the success of the People Operations deliverables.
  • You’ll be our HR stack whisperer! Working to ensure our systems are smoothly integrated, fit for purpose & our People Data is clean & up to date.
  • You’ll be a champion for our People compliance. Managing all employee documentation & supporting our People Partners where needed.
  • You’ll be keen to scope out steering opportunities for process improvement, helping to ensure our People workflows are set up to facilitate our scaling team’s needs & delivering a consistent employee experience.

What We're Looking For

  • You have 2-3+ years of experience working in People Operations - you’re able to demonstrate the impact you’ve made on People Processes so far.
  • You’ve had exposure to managing payroll.
  • You know your HR tech! You’ve been a super user of an HRIS & other People Systems (we use Hibob & Rev People).
  • You’ve had some exposure to working across multiple geographies - with exposure to PEO & EOR workings desirable.
  • You have a keen eye for improving processes and have proven experience automating manual workflows.
  • You know all about scaling companies - you’ve worked in a high growth, fast paced environment before (tech is desirable).
  • You have experience working in a People Team that supports multiple geographies.
  • You've got a good understanding of shortcuts & formulas in Excel/Google Sheets.
  • You’re super detail oriented & attention to detail is a top skill.
  • You’re trustworthy and comfortable managing sensitive issues and data.
  • As a nice to have, you’ll have experience working with subsidiary businesses in Poland.
