We are looking for passionate VOLUNTEERS who build professional relationships with stakeholders and generate opportunities for the organization's development.
In a voluntary unpaid role (as with all roles in BCI), the Recruitment Officer will provide administrative support to the Recruitment Manager and the Assistant Director-General (Operations).
Responsibilities:
- To coordinate Recruitment administrative support;
- To liaise with BCI members regarding HR/Recruitment policies;
- To support the Recruitment Manager with the application of GDPR compliance; and
- To assist the Recruitment team and BCI Operations with your administrative inputs.
Requirements
Skills and abilities
- Previous and/or ongoing experience in HR Administration;
- Excellent oral communication skills, including the ability to develop effective working relationships, work flexibly across professional and operational boundaries, and communicate professionally with internal and external stakeholders at all levels;

Working with initiative and having the desire to find solutions to organizational problems should be second nature. Experience with human resource management is required.
As with all roles in BCI, this is a voluntary, unpaid role.
Responsibilities:
- To coordinate recruitment at BCI;
- To improve the recruitment function at BCI;
- To liaise with BCI head of divisions and members regarding Human Capital/Recruitment policies;

ADP is hiring an HCM Implementation Consultant to support the launch of our new HCM product, ADP Lyric, in the UK. In this role, you'll combine your analytic and project management skills with your ability to simplify complex information, helping customers develop the skills and confidence to use our products with ease.
As part of a dedicated team, you will work closely with clients to understand their ecosystems and requirements, guiding them toward best practices with ADP Lyric HCM. You will collaborate with our backend team in Bucharest and receive training on ADP Lyric, with mentorship from our experienced team in the US. This is an opportunity for core, experienced consultants—preferably with backgrounds in implementing systems like Workday, SuccessFactors or Oracle—to grow into as we build our team.

What You'll Do: Responsibilities
- Be a True Partner:
- Partner with clients to truly understand their business and related needs, building long-term trust throughout the implementation project.
- Become the most credible resource, focused on analyzing the client’s existing systems, interface requirements, and business processes.
- Project Management:
- Lead project teams to successfully implement clients on HCM products and services, managing all phases including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure.
- Use specific templates and techniques to manage through the preferred project life-cycle to ensure business goals and objectives are accomplished within designated timeframes and budgets.
- Collaborate and Connect:
- Stay informed and in tune with HCM capabilities, new product features, and functionality challenges that may arise across other work streams.
- Identify cross-functional resources critical to project objectives and build diverse collaborative teams to drive business success.
- Think Like a Client, Act Like an Owner:
- Provide analysis and status reports of the project, including business case, ROI, and post-project review.
- Assess, manage, resolve, and escalate (if necessary) risks and issues.
- Create and Innovate:
- Adopt a lifelong learner mentality that enables your career to soar by participating in process improvement initiatives and finding new ways to make the business better.
- Provide recommendations and suggest best practices towards the expectation of always creating an exceptional client implementation experience.
To Succeed in This Role: Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in an implementation or business consulting environment.
- At least 2 years of experience in Human Resources, specifically within HCM, talent management, learning, succession, performance, and/or compensation.
- Leverage strong client relationship skills to influence and guide clients towards the best solutions to meet their needs.
- Proven experience leading medium to large cross-functional and/or multi-year projects from concept to delivery.
- Broad knowledge of project management processes, tools, and structured methodologies.
- Ability to recognize project risks and proactively collaborate with the team to document and mitigate them.
- Excellent analytical skills and time management abilities.
- Demonstrate learning agility and critical thinking skills, applying best practices in new implementation situations.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple and changing priorities with flexibility and adaptability.
- Thrive independently and in a collaborative, matrixed environment.

- Experience implementing HR systems in the HCM industry.
- Ability to maintain focus and work effectively with multiple demands.
- Comfortable working in a performance-based and structured environment while demonstrating high ethical standards.

- Highly recognized professional certifications, such as: PMP, PHR, SHRM-SCP, CCP, CBP, HCS.

Job Title: Oracle HCM Consultant – Payroll (Contract)
Location: Remote (UK-based only)
Contract Type: Zero-hour (initial 6-month engagement likely)
Overview:
We're supporting a client in securing an experienced Oracle HCM Consultant with a strong focus on Payroll for a long-term contract opportunity. If you're a UK-based consultant with deep Oracle HCM knowledge and eligible for (or holding) SC clearance, this could be a great fit.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience (3+ years) as an Oracle HCM Consultant , with a strong focus on Payroll modules
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Payroll configuration , fast formulas , balance definitions , and retro pay
- Familiarity with HCM Data Loader (HDL) and/or Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
- Experience in end-to-end implementations , stakeholder workshops, and UAT
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ensure payroll processes align with UK payroll legislation and HMRC compliance
- Ability to work independently in a mostly remote setting
- Must be UK-based and have been a UK resident for at least 5 years continuously (to meet SC clearance eligibility)
Contract Details:
- Zero-hour contract , but the client anticipates a 6-month engagement
- Fully remote working, but the successful candidate must reside in the UK and be flexible to visit the office in London
- Start: ASAP or negotiable for the right candidate
