- Influence and inspire confidence. You are comfortable presenting to peers with a confident voice, communicating clearly on your work and deliverables.
- Experience. You have 3+ years of technical experience gained in performance engineering.
**TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:**

- Strong proficiency with LoadRunner (including VuGen, Controller, and Analysis components).
- You will be familiar with load and usage models to emulate real world usage scenarios to evaluate system performance characteristics and detect performance and scalability concerns.
- You will have experience in running performance tests including supporting environment and data requirements.
- You will have experience of working on large scale applications built with Microsoft technologies including SQL Server, IIS, .Net Framework and Windows Server.
- You will ideally have experience of working within large organizations and coordinating with shared service providers.
- Experience analyzing logs and metrics to identify performance issues
- Experience using Dynatrace for application performance monitoring
