Core Responsibilities

Performance Strategy & Leadership

  • Develop and lead cross-channel growth strategies (Meta, Google, TikTok).
  • Create 12-month roadmaps, aligning media buying with creative and client goals.
  • Mentor and manage performance media buyers within your POD.

Client Growth & Relationships

  • Act as the primary strategic advisor to clients.
  • Translate data into clear actions and growth opportunities.
  • Build strong relationships based on trust, clarity, and results.

Data & Optimisation

  • Use Shopify, Triple Whale, and platform analytics to track performance.
  • Forecast revenue, CAC, and ROAS with accuracy.
  • Lead optimisations to consistently exceed growth targets.

What Success Looks Like

6 Months – Driving consistent profitable growth, aligned client strategies.
12 Months – Trusted with high-value accounts, mentoring junior managers.
24 Months – Established as a senior leader, shaping agency-wide performance strategy.

Skills & Experience
  • 3–5+ years managing performance marketing (Meta/Google).
  • Proven success scaling accounts profitably.
  • Experience leading/mentoring teams.
  • Strong e-commerce knowledge (funnels, CRO, retention).
