  • Collaborate with sports scientists, medical staff, and coaches to create integrated performance plans.
  • Conduct video analysis and statistical modelling to identify strengths, weaknesses, and tactical opportunities.
  • Present findings and recommendations in a clear and compelling manner.
  • Stay abreast of the latest research and trends in sports performance analysis and sports science.

The ideal candidate will possess a Master's degree in Sports Science, Performance Analysis, or a related field. A minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in performance analysis, with at least 3 years in a leadership or management capacity, is essential. Proven experience working with professional sports teams or elite athletes is required. Deep knowledge of data analysis techniques, statistical software, and video analysis platforms (e.g., Hudl, Dartfish) is mandatory. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills are crucial. The ability to foster a data-informed culture and influence decision-making at all levels is paramount. This hybrid role requires a strong presence in our Oxford facility for key meetings and team collaboration, with flexibility for remote work on designated days.
