**Role Overview**
This role is central to articulating commercial performance against key KPIs, identifying risks and opportunities, and shaping commercial planning. You'll lead a team responsible for creating and evolving reporting tools that provide clear analysis of performance drivers. Your insights will inform decisions across distribution, sales, marketing, and brand teams, as well as senior leadership.
You'll also work closely with Revenue Management to understand trading performance and translate this into meaningful strategies. This role goes beyond traditional reporting; it's about driving commercial performance and helping the business maximise revenue opportunities.
**Key accountabilities include:**
+ Management of a reporting roadmap to support commercial performance analysis.
+ Leading the creation and presentation of weekly trading packs and articulate performance to stakeholders at all levels.
+ Collaborating with channel owners to create compelling performance narratives and support strategic planning.
+ Drive revenue improvement through insightful analytics and performance tracking.
+ Align short- and long-term performance with business KPIs.
+ Stay on top of emerging risks and opportunities, especially in relation to ticketed revenue and ad hoc performance trends.
Positioned within our internal structure from CUK15 (entry level) to CUK1 (Brand President), this role is classified as a CUK07, offered as a full-time position, on a permanent basis, we offer hybrid work including up to two days from home.
