Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and implementation of process improvement projects.
- Analyze operational data to identify inefficiencies and areas for enhancement.
- Develop and deploy Lean, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement tools.
- Manage and mentor a team of process engineers.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across various departments to drive change.
- Develop and maintain process documentation and standard operating procedures.
- Prepare reports and presentations on project progress and outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in industrial engineering or process optimization.
- Demonstrated experience with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies (Green Belt or Black Belt certification preferred).
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and statistical software (e.g., Minitab, JMP).
- Strong project management and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in a relevant industrial sector.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
